When you submit a tattoo booking inquiry, SWANISSOBER may collect your name, age, email address, phone number, Instagram username, preferred location and dates, tattoo idea, placement, approximate size, budget, optional health or accessibility information, and any reference or placement images you upload.
2. HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
Your information is used to review your tattoo request, communicate about design direction, pricing, deposits and appointment details, manage your inquiry in a private administrative dashboard, and create or manage confirmed appointments.
3. UPLOADED IMAGES
Uploaded images are used only to review your tattoo concept, placement and design references. They may be stored with your booking record for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your inquiry or appointment.
4. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Information may be processed through service providers used to operate this website and booking system, including Vercel, Supabase and Google services for hosting, database storage, email delivery and calendar management.
5. SHARING AND SALE OF INFORMATION
SWANISSOBER does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only when necessary to operate the booking system, provide services, comply with legal obligations or protect the security of the website.
6. DATA RETENTION
Booking information and uploaded files may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage your inquiry, appointment, business records and legal obligations.
