Returns & Refunds

For Gelato-fulfilled products, we do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including incorrect size or model selection, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please check your selection before ordering. Do not send items back without contacting us; Gelato does not provide a return address.

Contact swanissober.tt@gmail.com promptly, within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a description and clear photos of the product and packaging. Validated quality claims qualify for a free replacement. If replacement is not feasible or you cannot wait for one, request a refund when contacting us. Normal printing color variations within acceptable tolerances are not treated as defects.

See Shipping & Returns for cancellation stages, missing packages and returned shipments. Cancellation is only effective once we confirm it; contacting us does not automatically stop production.

These reporting periods help us resolve claims with our production partner and do not override your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights under applicable consumer protection law, including remedies for faulty goods or delivery delays.
